Commissions - YCHs onlyContact via discord: Sevlamort

By commissioning/buying from me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

General

▸ Copyright of all artwork belongs to me.▸ Watermark/signature must remain intact and unaltered.▸ Artwork may not be used for commercial purposes or any form of monetary gain or AI training.

Payment & Refunds

▸Payment (USD) through paypal Invoice.▸Payment must be made in 24h, failure to complete payment in time with no reasons given will result in the loss of slot/character without further notice.▸All purchases are final. Refunds are not offered.

Commission Process

▸ Send in your request with all the details about your character.▸ I'll inform you of the price (if not a set price), if you're okay with it I'll sketch your character in the way you've requested, then send it for your approval.▸ Once you're happy with the sketch and approved it, I'll send over a PayPal invoice link.▸ After payment, I'll continue and finish your piece.▸ How long it'll take varies depending on the commission type. I tend to estimate a longer timeframe than necessary to avoid unnecessary pressure from rude clients.

Adoptables

▸ All adoptables are for personal use only.▸ Do not claim the original design as your own.
You’re totally free to modify the design after purchase, but please do not present the original concept as entirely yours.▸ Do not turn adopts into NFTs or use in AI training.▸ Reselling/trading/gifting is allowed under the only conditions: The new owner must agree to these same terms.

Communication

▸ Responses might take a little while sometimes due to timezones, but they will never be excessively delayed.▸ I have severe social anxiety and autism, so I can sometimes come across as detached, blunt, or unintentionally rude through text. I often don't know what to say and can become overwhelmed, which means I may "ghost" or take a long time to respond. Please know that it's never personal or meant disrespectfully.
My messages with clients may also sometimes sound robotic or repetitive, as I often use copy-pasted templates I made beforehand. It's simply easier for me to communicate that way and helps me manage conversations without overthinking for an hour.I apologise in advance for any misunderstandings that may happen. All I ask is for a little patience and straightforward communication. If something I say comes across the wrong way, please feel free to let me know directly, I would genuinely appreciate it, and I'm always happy to clarify and learn.▸ You may contact me via email if absolutely necessary.

Please be fully aware of your purchase before completing the transaction. It’s very frustrating to receive claims months later from individuals stating they didn't make the purchase.
I will no longer tolerate this behavior, it will result in being blacklisted.
